At Happy Cultures, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Simply ensure your items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
